My role is to co-ordinate the efforts of the Board, its Committees and our advisers to do the best possible job for our members. My background is as a chartered accountant, I have been a partner at Arthur Andersen and was Marconi's Finance Director. My understanding of corporate finance has been invaluable in addressing the challenges the fund has faced over recent years.
